How has having a netbook, connected to the internet, helped my learning this year?

It’s fun because it’s faster than writing. It helps me when I get a word wrong because it corrects me so next time I can spell my word correct. You can use Google to type some information and to do tasks which are easy because of the Netbooks. It help’s me to finish my work because it has shortcuts, and if you do not finish your work you can continue at home because you have an account and can go anyplace in the world an less it has internet. And you have folder that you can put you document in so your teacher can edit your work and comment. My favorite thing that I did on the chromebooks was teaching Room 4 how to work a chromebook.

Sword To Other Nations

     

  
In Room 5 We are learning about the people of Advent. Isaiah talked about what will happen if God will be on earth.  Nations shall not lift a sword to other nation witch means there will be peace and no war. This is my picture.

The Maori Clothing

In Room 5 we are learning how to Understand the importance of the Maori cloak and what the cloak tells us. Each cloak is made from something different. There is dog skin cloaks and kiwi feather cloaks. People like chiefs or very important people wear cloaks to show that they are the head leader.
I know I have learnt this when I can make a cloak telling other people the importance of us.

We made this because we are the creaters.

My Mighty Fraction

WALT find the length of the fraction

I know I have learned this by making stripes of paper that will make shapes like square,triangle, circle,octagons and hexagon Also pentagon.  We had to do shapes then we place them and fold them, after that we write the equations. For the hexagon each side is 1/6, for the octagon each side is 1/8, for the pentagon each is 1/5 and for the triangle each side is 1/3. And for the square each side is 1/4. My digital object shows the shapes that I had folded, to make fractions.

Consultation

In Room 5 we are learning about consultation.
consultations are stars that make a picture that guides you if you want to go somewhere.
My picture is PEGASUS I know I have learnt this when my picture looks correct. 

Facebook For Children Under 13

In Room 5 we are learning if children under 13 should or should not have a Facebook account I believe we should have a Facebook account  this is what I wrote about Facebook  for under 13.

Perserving Food

     

In Room 5 we are learning how Maori people perserve their food. First we made a question it was, how Do Maori people use Gourds to perserve Birds in fat? Our keywords was perserve,Maori,Birds and Gourds.
And now this is our presentation.
