My Awesome Goal

WALT write goals to help us measure our learning. These are my goals for this term.

My goal for writing is to write a perfect paragraph. This is important because I want to improve my skills .

The steps I will take to achieve my goal will be practicing my  writing  after school when I arrive at home.                          

My goal for Reading  is to understand what I am reading.

This is important because  I can understand word’s that I don't know and I can learn lots more new information.

The steps I will take to achieve my goal will be finding words that I

don't know and find out what they mean.  

My goal for Maths is to learn more things then I know now.

This is important because I want to learn more because its fun.

The steeps I will take to achieve my goal will be doing my own learning at home.

Synonyms Wheel

In room 5 We are learning to to make a Synonym Wheel. A Synonym wheel changes boring words into interesting words. I know I can use ambitious vocabulary in my writing when I use words like actually and positively instead of really.

Anointing of the sick

In room 5 We are learning to recognize that each sacrament makes present its own special grace. This is the picture that I have did it shows I have learnt the Special graces of the Anointing of the sick.

Cross Hatching

Today We learnt how to sketch images using a special pencil. First I started by writing the Walt
on my Sketching book. We had to try shade and
cross hatching. It was hard because we had to make them fade away. this is my picture

My Interesting Synonym Wheel

In room 5 We have been learning to change boring words into brilliant words . First Mrs Richardson gave us boring words then afterwards we had to go to thesaurus and find eight words that are not boring. I will know when am done when the boring word are not there. This is a snapshot of my Synonym wheel.

My Top Tip

In Room 5 We made a commenting top tip. My top tip is to always end with a Question mark. What's your top tip?

Smart Comments

We have been learning to write smart comments on other peoples blog. A smart comment is positive, thoughtful, and helpful. We are creating positive digital footprint when we leave a smart comment. We are cyber smart. Here are screenshots of comments I left it on other person blog.
